WHERE:730 Cochrane Dr #1,Markham ( Duncan Academy , spacious place with free Wi-Fi , indoor badminton court and table tennis room)
WHAT: 5-round single-round Rapid Event (Swiss), using a 25 min + 5 sec time control.
DIVISIONS: Open
RATED: CFC & FIDE Quick Rated
TIEBREAK RULES: 1) Direct encounter 2) Buchholz 3) Number of games won (not including forfeits) 4) Sonneborn-Berger
REGISTRATION: On-line registration ends September 7th at 10:00 am. No on-site registration will be accepted.
ENTRY FEE: $40/ entry by Sep 1st. regular : $50

WITHDRAW POLICY:
Pre-registered and pre-paid participants who need to withdraw before the start of the event can receive a full credit or refund via EMT, with a $5 handling fee deducted from the entry fee.
