Responsible for pairings using Swiss Manager and overseeing fair play and tournament flow.

Format: 6-round Swiss system
Time Control: 15 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move
Rating: CFC Rapid Rated and Lichess Rated
Pairings: Generated by the Chief Arbiter using Swiss Manager software
Challenge & Scoring Process:
Pairings for each round will be posted on a unified platform.
Players must find their opponent's Lichess username and issue the challenge.
After the game, results must be submitted on the designated platform and confirmed by both players.

FINAL RESULTS: Final results will be confirmed after final Fair Play Analysis.
APPEALS PROCEDURE:
Appeals must be submitted in writing to the CFC Office ([email protected]) within 1 hour after the end of the last game. In the case of an Appeal against a Fair Play ruling, within 1 hour after that Fair Play ruling.
The Appeals Complaint must be accompanied by a deposit of $100 (one hundred Canadian dollars). This deposit fee will be refunded if the Appeals Complaint is upheld, or if the Appeals Committee judges that
the Appeals Complaint was nevertheless a reasonable one.
VIDEO MONITORING:
The player must provide a good side-rear camera view on themselves during play. The standard face-view camera is also encouraged, but is not required as explained above for the side-rear camera view. Players are expected to remain on screen continuously throughout their game. Bathroom breaks are to be taken between games.

WITHDRAW POLICY:
Pre-registered and pre-paid participants who need to withdraw before the start of the event can receive a full credit or refund via EMT, with a $5 handling fee deducted from the entry fee.
